1. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
e-PDA operates in compliance with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal data of EU citizens is protected with all measures required by the regulation.
2. Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK)
e-PDA is compliant with Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK - Law No. 6698). Data of Turkish citizens and persons located in Turkey is protected under KVKK.
3. Data Processing Principles
Personal data is processed according to the following principles:
- Lawfulness
- Accuracy and currency
- Purpose limitation
- Relevance to purpose
- Retention for the duration necessary for the purpose
4. Rights of Data Subjects
Rights you have under KVKK and GDPR:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed
- Request information if processed
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose
- Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad
- Request correction if processed incorrectly or incompletely
- Request deletion or destruction
- Request notification of correction, deletion, or destruction to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred
- Object to a result against you by analyzing processed data exclusively through automated systems
- Request compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data

Technical and administrative measures are taken to ensure the security of your data. Industry-standard encryption, secure connections, and regular security audits are implemented.
