Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By using the e-PDA app and website, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the app.

2. License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use e-PDA for personal and commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app.

3. Account

You must create an account to use e-PDA. When you create an account:

  • Your PDA data is automatically synced to our secure cloud servers
  • You can access your PDAs from any device where you log in
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. User Obligations

When using the app, you must comply with the following rules:

  • Use in accordance with laws
  • Respect the rights of others
  • Not use the app for harmful purposes
  • Being responsible for the security of your account information

4.1. Account Usage Policy

⚠️ Important: Using the same Apple or Google Play account on different devices may result in a ban.

  • Use your account only on your own devices
  • Do not share your account credentials with anyone
  • If the same Apple or Google Play account is detected being actively used on different devices simultaneously, the account may be suspended or permanently banned
  • You are responsible for the security of your account
  • If suspicious activity is detected, your account may be automatically locked

5. Payment and Subscription System

5.1. Payment Model Change

e-PDA has transitioned from a one-time purchase model to a monthly subscription model. This change is necessary for the continuous development of the app and the addition of new features.

5.2. Legacy Users (One-Time Purchase)

For users who purchased the app under the previous one-time purchase model:

  • Premium Features: Users who made a one-time purchase can continue to access Premium features free of charge
  • Super Premium: To access Super Premium features, they must purchase a new monthly subscription
  • Transition: Your existing Premium features are preserved and you can continue using them without any additional fees
  • Upgrade: If you wish to upgrade to Super Premium features, you can purchase a monthly subscription from within the app

5.3. New Subscription System

For new users and legacy users who wish to upgrade to Super Premium:

  • Premium: Access Premium features with monthly or annual subscription
  • Super Premium: Access Super Premium features with monthly or annual subscription
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew and can be cancelled at any time
  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store or Google Play

5.4. Payment Processing

All payment transactions are processed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. e-PDA does not store or process your payment information. Payment security is entirely the responsibility of Apple and Google.

6. Service Changes

e-PDA reserves the right to change or terminate the features, functionality, or availability of the app at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain core functionality for registered users.

7. Intellectual Property

The app and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights belong to Ömercan Kahveci.

8. Data Storage and Loss

Your data is stored on our secure cloud servers. We implement industry-standard security measures, but you acknowledge that no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute data security. Your data is accessible from any device where you log in and is securely synchronized.

9. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is". While reasonable effort is made regarding the accuracy of calculation results, no warranty is given.

10. Limitation

e-PDA cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the app.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be notified to users.
