Refund Policy

1. General Information
The e-PDA app may be offered as free or paid subscription model. Refund requests are evaluated according to the app's payment model.
2. Free App
If the app is offered free of charge, the refund policy does not apply. However, if you are not satisfied with the app, you can remove it at any time.
3. Paid Subscriptions
For paid subscriptions or one-time payments, the following rules apply:
- You can request a refund within 14 days of the purchase transaction
- Refund requests are evaluated through the contact page or by email at support@epda.app
- App stores (App Store, Google Play) are subject to their own refund policies
4. Refund Process
Your refund request is evaluated within 7 business days at the latest and you will be informed. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days according to your payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refund requests may be rejected in the following situations:
- Expiration of the 14-day refund period
- Dissatisfaction for non-technical reasons
- Situations contrary to app store policies
