Refund Policy

1. General Information
The e-PDA app is now available as monthly and annual subscriptions. Refund requests are evaluated according to the app store's (App Store, Google Play Store) refund policies.
2. Subscription Refunds
e-PDA offers Premium and Super Premium subscriptions on a monthly or annual basis. For subscription refunds, the following rules apply:
- Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store or Google Play Store
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- Refund Requests: Refund requests must be made through the App Store or Google Play Store according to their respective refund policies
- Used Period: No refund is provided for the used subscription period; only future periods are cancelled

3. Legacy Users (One-Time Purchase)
For users who purchased the app under the previous one-time purchase model:
- One-time purchase refunds are subject to App Store or Google Play Store refund policies
- You can request a refund within the time period specified by the app store (typically 14 days for App Store, varies for Google Play)
- Your free access to Premium features continues
4. Refund Policy
For all refund requests, the following rules apply:
- Refund requests must be made through the App Store or Google Play Store according to their respective refund policies
- App stores (App Store, Google Play) are subject to their own refund policies and processes
- e-PDA does not process payments directly; all payments and refunds are handled through app stores
5. Refund Process
Refund requests are processed directly through the App Store or Google Play Store. e-PDA does not directly intervene in refund processes. Refund periods and conditions are subject to app store policies.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refund requests may be rejected in the following situations:
- Expiration of the refund period specified by the app store
- Refund request for used subscription period (only future periods are cancelled)
- Dissatisfaction for non-technical reasons
- Situations contrary to app store policies
